Shopping for nuts online makes it easier to compare varieties and choose a pack size that suits your needs. However, because you cannot check aroma and texture through a screen, the information on the product page, the reliability of the seller, the packaging and the delivery process take on greater importance when you are making a decision.
Read the product description in detail
The product name alone is not enough. Whether the product is raw or roasted, the salt and coating information, the net quantity, the ingredients, the allergen warnings and the storage conditions should all be clearly stated. Make sure the photograph and the description relate to the same variant, and double-check the item you have added to your basket, particularly where there are different weight and flavour options.
Choose a pack size that suits your needs
A large pack is not always the best option. How quickly it will be eaten at home, how the product will be stored once opened and how many people will be eating it should all be considered together. Starting with a small pack for a product you are trying for the first time, and choosing a weight suited to regular use for products you eat often, makes for more considered shopping.
Check the seller and contact details
The full trading name of the brand or shop, its contact channels, delivery terms and distance-selling information should be readily available. Rather than comparing on price alone, also take into account factors such as production experience, product range and support you can reach after ordering.
Carry out a quick check on delivery
- Is the delivery parcel crushed, torn or wet in any way?
- Is the product packaging sealed and intact?
- Are the variety and weight ordered correct?
- Is the label information legible?
- When the packet is opened, does the product have its characteristic, clean smell?
Weigh up the price against the whole experience
When making comparisons, use the same type of product and the same net quantity as your basis. Product quality, packaging, delivery terms and seller support are all parts of the overall shopping experience. Just as a very low price is not an advantage in itself, smart packaging is not a guarantee of quality on its own either.
Find Lebsan products online
Lebsan has been bringing its experience in nut production to tables since 1953, and you can browse its product range, current pack options and terms of sale at the Lebsan Fabrika online shop. You can compare the options on the product page and add the product that suits your needs to your basket with confidence.
A good decision when shopping online is a combination of clear product information, the right weight, a reliable seller and a check after delivery. Making these steps a habit raises both the freshness you can expect and your satisfaction with your shopping.
