- Contact details: telephone number, e-mail address.
- Request/transaction details: message content, service request, company name, budget range.
- Transaction security details: IP address, browser information, cookie records.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,
- Preparing quotations and providing services,
- Carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling contractual obligations,
- Improving the website, ensuring its security and carrying out statistical analysis,
- Complying with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following legal bases: processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, solely for the purposes set out above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to legally authorised public bodies, to the hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers whose services we use, and to our business partners. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods laid down in the relevant legislation; once that period has expired or the reasons requiring processing no longer apply, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to find out whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred, to request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its erasure or destruction, to request the restriction of processing and to claim compensation if you suffer loss.
